As the machine is shipped with the X axis at the top of the gantry I, without thought or warning from the instructions, passed the wire behind the brace and into the print head. The large collection of neatly bundled wires from the bed first stop at the X axis motor (on the left hand side of the vertical gantry) before carrying on to the print head itself where they terminate. It has become a simple case of passing the filament effortlessly though the detector at the top of the gantry, pressing the comfortable lever on the top of the print head before inserting the filament a few cm's and then releasing.
It's sealed, and packaged in the original factory condition with ALL original factory parts/accessories in inspected new or like new condition. It will help to reduce the extrusion clamp force, increase the printing temperature and reduce the printing speed. It looks good and all the functions work, i like the printer but because it doesn't print good it's useless. The pro edition has added a few new goodies: a direct drive that really grips slippery filaments like TPU, dual Z screws for steady printing and a built-in task light.
Precise 16-point RSG leveling system adopts a strain gauge pressure sensor on the print head to measure the height between the nozzle and the printing platform at 16 points.There is currently no related tutorial for WiFi module expansion, but all open source files of the machine have been sorted out and uploaded. Their is a fleck of red partially though the print but this is the filament used in the factory when testing which was not fully purged when changing the filament colour to the one I was using. As much as I am unlikely to use the full print volume for a single item in my public projects (I need to ensure others can print the parts on smaller printers) it does allow me to print several parts overnight or build larger items for personal projects. The profile of the Y-axis is made wider so that increased stability of the printing platform is guaranteed.
