Eine Power Hour, direkt zu Beginns des Tages, die nur mir selbst gehört und die ich nur für mich nutzen kann! Egal wie! Für mich, meine Ziele, mein Wohlbefinden, meine Veränderung… Auch Krafttraining kann man in die Power Hour einbauen, besonders für Frauen kann dies ermutigend sein - wir lernen am eigenen Leib, dass wir stark sind.
