Elijah boy oh boy I think he's my fave guy in this series so far he is everything you want in a alpha OTT boyfriend! I love that Snow fought Elijah when she can but few times she let him get away with things that made me go "omg no girl" she was way to forgiving, I loved that she took charge when they were on the same page and told her brothers off she wasn't the girl you read in the last 2 books she grew into a badass! Yes she is the bay, and yes she has been kept in the dark on several things, BUT she is a STRONG INDEPENDENT woman who is not as naive as some may think. The fmc's sister thought it would be such a great idea,when they were literally in proper lockdown because of the fmc being shot and having a target on her back to go on a drive to meet the hero,just because the fmc was laying in bed for too long as she was having withdrawal symptoms from being away from hero🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.BUT if I was going to be a mafia princess caught up in this crazy, Elijah is definitely going far higher than most other problematic fictional characters on my hot list! Snow is doing what she does best not listen to her brothers and acts out escaping her guards but this time she picked the wrong time to do it.

Alsooo,,despite being crushed under a beam and being in a burning building for extremely long time, the heroine doesn't have a single burn like yeah sure that's possible.Because these "chigaco's most dangerous mafia men" didn't have enough manpower to find them so they just sat and waited like fucking idiots. Snow has never had any responsibility in the family, they seem to think she won’t handle it, so she spends her time detouring her security just to get away.
