About this deal

I have mixed opinions about this book: on one hand, the information is useful and worth learning. Yet, on the other hand, the information is shallow and often fallacious. I’m very excited to announce that my brand new book, “No Excuses-The Power of Self-Discipline” has been released! Is pustak ke 21 adhyayo me se pratyek aapko dikhata hai ki apne jeevan ke ek pehalu me adhik anushasit kaise hona chahiye, adhyay ke ant ke abhyas ke sath aapko apne jeevan ke lie “koi bahana nhi” drshtiko lagu krne me madad milegi. In dishanirdesho ke sath, aap sikh skte hai ki aap jo kuchh bhi krte hai usme aur adhik safal kaise ho – dusro se irshya krne ke bajay aapko lgta hai ki aap se sirph “Bhagyashali (भाग्यशाली)” hai. Thoda sa aatm-anushasan se bahut aage badh ja skta hai. Stress and unhappiness are the product of feeling like you are not in control of your life. Contentment and fulfilment come when you feel like you are in control of your life.

I was not ready to like this book so much, because the title is quite cheesy. However, Brain Tracy gives much more than the title of the book promises. It gives very concrete strategies and habits that will improve one’s performance. My top 3 takeaways are: It is important that you establish happiness as a measure of success and it is connected with the Law of Control. "No Excuses!" explains that happiness predominates in the result of decisions: when they are good reflect the feeling of being in charge. It's like a cycle. No Excuses is a very good self-help tome. It’s motivational by virtue of being simple, effective, and, I’m guessing, quite true. I’d recommend it across the board, especially if you’re itching to get your act together. He speaks to corporate and public audiences on the subjects of Personal and Professional Development, including the executives and staff of many of America's largest corporations. You can also learn a lot from people who are successful in your field. Observe how they dress and talk. Ask them how you can improve: what books to read, what courses to take. Aap aaj jo kuchh bhi hai, vah aapke kal ke nirnayo aur nirnayo ka kul parinam hai. Hr bar jb bhi aap sahi chijo aur jaruri cheejo ka chunav krte hai aur niyamitata ke sath un pr kam krte rhte hai to isase hmare vyaktitv ki takat bdhati hai.
