I needed to make corn bread and landed on this recipe. Here are my modifications: 9″x11″ glass baking dish that I buttered (salted) and sugared, and Mike’s Hot Honey. I used both an 8×8 pan and a 6 muffin pan, otherwise there would have been too much for just the pan, but it is a great recipe, I made it to go along side my slow cooker turkey chili (roasted turkey breast, not ground turkey).
