About this deal

Durability, only because well I have no experience with this product. But I hope it can last as long as WETS or UTTG, but do I think it will? No…..we’ll see though. Stay out of the sun:The sun's UV rays is exactly what causes car plastic trim to fade. Don't apply the trim restorer products in the sun. Park your car in a garage when at home and try and park it in a shaded area when you’re away from home. Look at ceramic coating your car as it offers excellent protection against the harmful UV rays that damage your car’s trim. Why should I care?

It’s an all-in-one formula that has been used by professionals for many years and has the added bonus of being suitable for exterior trim of all colors. product/helpAdviseTab.hbs -->

Using peanut butter to restore faded plastic is a popular method but not necessarily the best. The plastic may be past restoring and this would be a permanent fix. Alternatively, you could plasti dip the plastic trim or even use automotive vinyl wrap to cover up any defects. So this Porsche had two big dark box like trim pieces near the license plate. For my test area, I chose the one on the right side. For prepping the trim, first it got rinsless washed, then cleaned up further with CG NonSENSE apc. For application I chose a poly foam wax applicator. For this small area, I’d say I used about a dime sized drop of product, and that product could have easily covered the entire piece, it really spreads nice. The product itself has a nice creamy color and consistency, and you can tell a little goes a long way.
